Order Options

UpWork Platform (Preferred method)

We can use a secure payment system through Upwork.com!

Your investment stays in the a third party escrow until you are satisfied with your purchase.

How it works:
1. We create a DIRECT CONTRACT with our artist (Joy Kelly) using Upwork, and send it to you for your approval.
2. You make a non-upwork client account and accept the terms, and deposit your funds.
3. Funds are held in escrow until the project is complete.
4.You will receive updates on your project and up to two revisions, if needed.

Upwork offers assistance if there are any disagreements!

Upwork will collect a fee from the payment for their services. This will not increase your payment amount.

Contract and PayPal

A brief contract is emailed to you, detailing the terms of your proposed project.

Then you can pay the deposit, so that we can get started! You will receive updates on your project and provided, up to two revisions if needed. We can use PayPal or Chime.

When everything is finished and you are satisfied, make your final payment and receive your animation!

Things to consider: see the information in the next section for what to expect from our services.

Things to consider...

Pricing:
The size of your project determines the base price, and once we know more details we can adjust from there! You will always get a price estimate UP FRONT as part of the simple contract. Each project can have up to two revisions* as part of the deal. If you need more than two revisions, we can create an add-on to the original contract and complete the revisions for an additional fee.

Revisions:
A revision is as simple as "change the color to green", "make the eyes even bigger" or "use this new recording of the current dialoge instead". But If you need more than two revisions or the changes would be more of a project re-design, we may have to add to the contract to reflect the changes. A re-design would be to "change the dog character to a lion", or "let's change the background from the city to the suburbs," or "We need to change a lot of the dialogue."  We will work with you if your vision evolves. But for the sake of time, it's best to have what you'd like worked out before we get started.

Time:
First come first served!  It's important to let us know when you need the final product. Most projects can be completed within a month or sooner. We can provide you with a time estimate based on the simplicity or complexity of your proposed project, and if there are any other projects ahead of yours in line. If you wish to cancel because you need it sooner, see below.

Cancellation:
If something goes wrong, such as you need the project sooner than we can deliver it, or change your mind for any other reason, you may cancel the contract and receive up to a 90% refund based on the total price, only if you have NOT yet received the final work. The percentage of refund is based on the percentage of the project that has been completed and sent to you, up to the point you would like to cancel. However, if WE need to cancel the project with you, because our computers crash (hopefully not) you will receive 100% refund.

Copyright:
We cannot legally create animations with the copyrighted or trademarked work of others, such as characters from popular movies, cartoons, or games; unless such work would fall under "fair use" such as criticism, news reporting, teaching, and research. It is up to you to make sure your requested project does not violate any copyright or trademarks if you would like to use content from elsewhere. Otherwise, you may send us such images or youtube video links you find on the internet for reference or inspiration only.

Exceptions for copyrighted materials
:
There may be exceptions to this, such as the very popular multi-platform game MINECRAFT. Which allows some use for fan-made creations.  https://help.minecraft.net. Read their page for details.

Rated E for Everyone:
We create family-friendly content. If the proposed project is not deemed to be family-friendly we may decline to take on the project.

Rights:
We reserve the right to decline taking on a project that is outside of the range of our provided services. Such as a project that is too large for our small-scale team, if we are already overbooked, or if your request is not considered family-friendly.

Deliverables:
This depends on what you've ordered. This will be detailed in the contract before work begins. Examples: animated GIF file, MP4 video, or a video optimized for YouTube. As a general rule, we do not provide the source files, such as layered Photoshop files, or Adobe After Effects files. The method of delivery may vary depending on file size.
